How this is calculated
- Revenue is subscribers × deliveries per month × average order value.
- Plan cost is the monthly fee plus the per-charge rate on that revenue and 15¢ per charge: Starter is $89 + 1.35%, Growth is $449 + 1.20%. Growth costs less above roughly $240,000 a month.
- Churn value compares 12 months of revenue from today's subscribers at your churn rate with the same subscribers at one point lower. It ignores new signups, so it's a conservative view of a single cohort.
